I might just have to try this: No-Knead Bread.

I am going to attempt to use my Universal Bread Maker (from the early 1900s) with this recipe today. We'll see how it goes! (If I can clean it out enough, that is. It needs a good scrubbing.)

I've made the no-knead bread. It's pretty good--I added a tablespoon of fresh rosemary the last time and it was great.
That's good to hear--I love rosemary. I will have to try that. (I was thinking garlic rosemary might be good too.)
